Tri- State Bully Alliance ( T.S.B.A ) was established in 2009 in the Tri- State area. by Show Stopper Kennels , 21st Century Kennels , Lady Luck Bully's & B-Side Kennels.
T.S.B.A is focusing on bringing the "Bully" breed into the homes of others who want to help leave a positive public image on the "Bully" breed.
We have seen the passion and love that it takes to make this breed dominant and successful, and we most definitely plan to leave a mark in this 21st Century.
